If you can read, you can cook. But I believe you have to be truly creative and fearless in order to stray from the recipe.
This could be a metaphor for life.
Ever since I could remember, I’ve loved experimenting with foods and flavours, and I am especially proud that I can co-ordinate a hot breakfast (in my opinion, one of the hardest meals to time) and make excellent dishes from leftovers. I’m a vegetarian by marriage, so I cheat and still eat fish and occasionally chicken. And I’m not afraid to use my hands.
I experiment with food, adapt recipes, and surprisingly, I succeed more often than not.
